About the Course

Leadership is an exciting yet challenging role. Recent years have brought unprecedented changes: the war in Ukraine, various geopolitical crises, advances in AI, domestic political turmoil, global economic growth forecasts, rapid shifts across industries and organizations. And, of course, the enduring impact of Covid-19.
These are just a few of the factors driving uncertainty and challenges today. As a result, the daily life of a leader has become increasingly unpredictable and demands new, relevant competencies.

Developed at the end of 2024 and shaped through numerous collaborations and conversations with management and leadership professionals across various industries, this program offers the ultimate toolkit for navigating management in 2025. It is led by seasoned practitioners — experts with extensive experience in corporate leadership, psychology, and the military.
