A heartfelt thank you to the Trainify team for the excellently organized team-building event! The entire experience – from the very first communication to the final moments of the event – was flawless. They managed to create an environment where our team genuinely connected, enjoyed working together, and discovered new ways to collaborate. This event not only strengthened out internal commuication but also brought positive energy that stayed with the team long afterward.

The LIDO team participated for the second time in a Trainify team-building event. The day was dynamic, active, and interesting.
The event organizers took care of everything – welcome, parking, breakfast, snacks and drinks throughout the day, lunch and dinner. All at a high level. They even took care of the sun shining all day (in Riga, Latvia, it was raining that day). Perfect!!!
The venue was also suitable – spacious, comfortable, and convenient. The grounds were well-kept with all necessary amenities. For the second year in a row, it felt like home.
As for the program and facilitators – simply wonderful!!!
We were pleasantly surprised by how expertly the tasks and activities were tailored to the LIDO team, matching our requests and needs 100%.
Exactly what we wanted – for everyone to truly feel the necessity of working together as a team.
Only by joining forces, with everyone involved, taking initiative and being active – can results be achieved. At the same time, individual abilities and the opportunity for each person to be themselves were taken into account. A great chance to get to know yourself and your colleagues better, outside the usual “playing field” of everyday life.
Thank you for integrating LIDO's values into tasks and activities throughout the entire day. A genuinely remarkable experience! Truly surprising how naturally and effortlessly, yet precisely and skillfully — CARE, DISCIPLINE, HONESTY, QUALITY — were invoked and applied regularly and abundantly. And, of course, the tree planting: four trees, each symbolizing one of LIDO's values. It has been a week since the event, and every day I hear colleagues talking about it. I understand now, it was something very, very special!!!
I especially want to highlight the “New Colleague” activity — the egg carried throughout the day. It was something we had never seen before. I watched with interest as members of each team cared for and protected it — passionately and emotionally.
We can’t forget to mention the instructors. Kudos to both Jāņi. In my opinion, they were outstanding. They knew how to lead and keep the attention of 50 people effortlessly, engagingly, humorously, and intelligently all day long. Tasks were thoroughly explained, attitudes were honest, and reflections and conclusions were drawn after each task.
And of course, the evening session with Madara and overcoming fears. We wanted to end the day with a collective yet individual experience. Breaking arrows was definitely a success — it was challenging. I’m happy for my colleagues; their pride and satisfaction after breaking the arrows were indescribable.

We decided that our large production team needed a teambuilding event. Autumn is a good time to clear your head and move in the fresh air. Since our company has a close and successful cooperation with Trainify in training matters, we also decided to entrust this challenging teambuilding of 100 people to Trainify! The purpose of the event was to introduce and unite so many different team members, who occupy positions of different levels and responsibilities, with the help of attractive and strategic tasks, showing that even though we are different, we still perform one common task and work toward common goals.

The Trainify team not only provided a wide variety of offers, adapting the event exactly to our needs and capabilities, but also coped with the set challenge: the day was structured, the tasks were adapted to a wide audience with different physical fitness, all participants were involved and did not feel tired. The lunch was organized very delicious and on time, the place was chosen suitable, with all amenities.

The team ended the day in a good mood, full of energy to continue doing things in closer communication with colleagues!

Every year we organize team events in one of the Baltic countries. This year we decided to organize the event in Latvia and for the first time we decided to cooperate with the Trainify team, which took responsibility for the team building or active part.
The activities promoted cooperation and communication between team members. It was satisfying to see everyone working together to accomplish tasks and achieve common goals. Despite the differences in languages and mentalities, the event was very fun and exciting.
Outdoor physical activity promoted well-being and reminded me of the importance of balancing work with fun and fitness.

Thanks to the Trainify team for the perfectly organized team-building event. All our wishes were fulfilled and organized at a high level. The team-building tasks were adapted to our dynamic team, we also entrusted the selection of the venue to Trainify. Cooking lunch together as part of the tasks was something interesting and haven't been.

Our team regularly uses team building activities, so to surprise us every year is more and more challenging. This year we chose the Trainify team building program with walking on hot coals at the end of the evening. We are very satisfied with the selection of tasks, organization and management of the event. Although the event was held on Saturday, those colleagues who usually avoid such events were very pleased and satisfied. Thank you Trainify team!

Our team had a great team building, during which everyone had the opportunity to think about their role and importance in a common cause that we call our workplace and team. Our company organizes team building events regularly. This year, we entrusted the team building event to the Trainify team. The event was organized very professionally. Colleagues also rated the program and performance around 10 points out of 10. It was important for us that we cooperate with each other, not compete. This setup was successfully achieved.

We chose Trainify and coach Andžejs Reiters for a team-building event with our new managers. The collaboration went very well from the start, as our needs were listened to and the most suitable solution was found. The program with Andžejs was organized as a 4-hour session, offering participants various tasks focused on teamwork and the opportunity to get to know each other on a much deeper level. The activities took place outdoors, but the coach was fully prepared to adapt to the weather and offer an indoor alternative if needed.
Andžejs is truly a bright and energetic trainer — his enthusiasm and positivity engaged everyone in active participation, and the time we spent together was truly meaningful and highly valuable.

Thank you to your team for such quick and easy communication. At first, it seemed impossible to organize this kind of event in such a short time, but after just a few days of communicating with you, everything came together perfectly. Thank you to the team-building facilitator for an engaging and energetic day with our staff, and for being able to adapt to the weather conditions.

The event was organized and implemented very well. The created tasks were interactive and did not allow us to get stuck in a routine. The leader of the team building event was positive and energetic, which allowed us to really enjoy the day.

We chose Trainify as a cooperation partner in organizing our team building event. Their professional team coped with the task perfectly and there was not one among our large team who did not enjoy the day of the event! We were also happy that during the organizing process, "Trainify" took the initiative and we didn't have to worry about any small details ourselves. Special thanks to our hike leader - he knows how to create a special aura of the event.

Applied games for the development of employees' skills are especially valuable in order to involve as many participants as possible in the learning process. Even those colleagues who are introverts by nature loosened up, moreover, the barriers between people with different positions of responsibility and positions - people of different levels - at the same table, on one topic, for one goal, are erased. Especially this aspect is difficult to achieve in classical studies, but with the applied game it is possible. Thanks to the Trainify team for the implemented training project for our employees.

I would like to thank you for Cyber Security Game. It was interesting, with examples from life, even though we face different aspects of cyber security every day. From the managers of the game, we heard how various fraud schemes are carried out, and also that frauds occur not only in our company and on a daily basis, but it is relevant all over the world, and neither a billion-dollar company nor an aunt from a small town who does not even use a smartphone on a daily basis is safe.
We also received recommendations on how to protect yourself from fraud and how to avoid it on a daily basis. We played a board game where we could test our skills in identifying scams, bet on our opinion and get detailed explanations and help from the course leaders.

Where to get energy, strength, inspiration and new ideas? Definitely in nature! That's why the UXDA team went on a day-long adventure under the open sky where together:
We experienced a survival expedition that confirmed once again that together we can safely find exits and solutions in any conditions;
We learned the basics of how to take care of your body throughout the day, how to reduce stress and support yourself when you need it;
We experienced various tests of team trust and got to know our teammates even more closely, which confirms that together we can reach unknown heights;
We caught adrenaline, opened new boundaries and set team records!
